Your 14-day right of withdrawal
In accordance with Art. 79 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22, 56/23) and Art. 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you took physical possession of the goods — without giving any reason.
How to exercise it
To exercise your right of unilateral withdrawal , you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the Agreement before the withdrawal period expires by means of an unequivocal statement sent by post or email. In that statement, you should provide your full name, address, telephone number, and/or email address. You may also fill in the form below. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email once your request is registered. We will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your decision to withdraw from the Agreement. The refund will be made using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications , including personalised items.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by applicable regulations, including certain goods and services which by their nature are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
